Hmm, looks to me like where something has been strapped to the back, it is plastic so at least you know it isn't going to rust or anything. New decals might sort it and it's not the end of the world. for the price it's still in pretty good nick and is newer than others linked to.

Try giving them a ring again and see what kinda deal you can get    Would definately be getting them to stick 6 months or a years tax on it if it was me.
