Keep your eyes peeled for a thou caliper and save your money.
I also ended up replacing the caliper... you have to be on top of the maintenance on a monthly cycle or the caliper just seizes up and goes to crap!! Highly recommend braided hose and maybe HH sintered pads, just be careful if you go down the HH route as they bite sharp and fast... I found this out to the tune of a new back tyre when I flat spotted it in an emergency brake situation in sunny Whitby last year(cager pulled out infront of me).
