As far as sleeping patterns go I tend to be able to sleep mostly on cue but not if I'm not tired enough or if something is on my mind (be it good or bad). But I can stay up all night, sleep during the day, sleep for 3 hours, sleep for 15 hours etc etc... I do usually have a standard pattern of around 01:00 - 10:00 but lately its been more like 08:00-12:00
