No, but you are trying to justify your own actions. I have driven my car, maybe twice that I can think of after having a pint but only with food and after a good hour or two. Even then it has been exceptional circumstances where I would rather have not driven (one of which was taking my dad to hospital)

I have never and will never drink and ride my bike - I refuse to put myself in that situation regardless of how much alcohol I can drink (I too can put it away as I am certainly not small)

As for the topic, the guy should have been jailed, its mind-boggling as to how he got away with it
