Goldfazer - I don't. I am paranoid about alcohol, and even after just one pint (or less), I'm extra cautious. And I'm a big lad (6'3''), and can drink like a trooper (when not riding, of course). When you're on the road, it's a completely different ball game, and I appreciate that, and behave accordingly. ANY alcohol slows your reactions, that's what I meant about the extra checks and extra vigilance.

I am by no means trying to justify that man's actions. I was merely trying to state that the police were cracking down on the soft targets, rather than throwing the book at some piece of slime who deserves everything he gets.

Finally, I haven't been caught 3 times drunk driving, wouldn't mow down a biker (if I even had a car), and certainly wouldn't leave the poor bugger to die in a ditch.
