SCUM thats what the magistrates are,there was a car stopped last year being driven erractically when stopped they fond 2 people in the front seats the 1 behind the wheel was drunk as well as the passenger and the driver was also BLIND the other guy was directing him what did they get a few hours comunity work and the driver had his NONE LICENSE STAMPED 15 points and told to retake his test EH?
