It's a sad fact that the law generally just punishes those it's supposed to protect. Say you've been out with friends, and have had a pint or two, and you're just over the limit. If you're anything like me, you'd then ride / drive much slower than usual, making sure you are checking all the time, and extra vigilant.
Same with speed cameras - in my opinion, cameras are more dangerous than speeding, as half of motorists have their eyes locked on their speedos and not on the road where they should be looking.
And then an arsehole like this comes along, a case where the book should be thrown, and should land like a ton of bricks. And he gets off lightly. Well, fuck the police!!
