You will only see what you are doing "speed wise" without having to calculate. But that shouldn't be a bother anyway. My bike is in MPH even though we are in Kilometers over here in Ireland. But it's no big deal once I remember to do three simple things...to keep withing 30mph in urban areas, to keep within 60mph in Main roads and to keep within 75mph on Motorways.
You also said that you are lifting the sticker off another set of clocks.....why not swap the clocks over??
