chain tensioner seized
#5
+1 for plusgas....

I bought it specially to do my exup over xmas, and all the bolts came out fine, and I have cleaned them and reused with a tad of copper grease.

I always strip the bikesĀ  back end out every winter so all linkages and bearings are cleaned and greased. Have to say in 11 yrs of fazer ownership, never had an issue with chain adjusters. I think if u R doing plenty of winter riding I would spray with acf 50...I cant believe the salt crud on my rear sprocket from just dry day riding in last few weeks !
