The SP one's do come with BSAU markings on as well, but from info you've provided earlier that doesn't sound like too much of an issue at all in Ireland, bearing in mind you don't need MOT's?
Over here it's something you can point straight at, as long as it's baffled, and the police will leave it well alone.
