The images you're trying to share appear to be from an email. The 'hover preview' shows an image source based in a live.co.uk mailbox. You can see them on your post as you are logged in to your email account.
To share them on here, save the image to your computer, then upload them to your album on here (Media>Home>My Album). Once you've uploaded the image, copy and past the BBC embed code - [smg id=xxx] into the post. Have a play in the laboratory if it helps
