yep.....your the un-luckiest bloke i know 
........you`ll get your monies worth from the tyres and i think a bit unfair to include in the final fix-it bill 
as for the disc,i was in the same trouble a few years ago,had to drill the bolt heads ,remove the disc and then drill and re-tap the threads.......iam sure this is a job you can manage,it makes it easier if you have a pillar drill,not much cost envolved if you do it yourself
