lots of pain & sleepless nights! :thumbdown had the stitches out 3 weeks ago, still in pain & movement is limited at the mo but hoping it'll improve over time & with the physio im doing. hoping to get back on the bike within the next 6 months.
spending the time locating bits & repairing the bike. (well, watching a mate putting the bits on)
hope its not as painful as mine & you recover & heal fast
