Car driving test

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me with some information, I have a full bike licence since 2002 and was thinking of getting my car licence . I just wanted to know what the procedure is, do I need to do another theory test and the hazrd perception test? I have done a theory test but not the hazard perception, which wasn't out at the time. I have looked around but can't seem to find out how to go from a bike to a car licence, theres lots about going from a car to bike. I just don't like riding in the cold anymore .
