If you have a Delkevic end can already, why switch to the Dan Moto? Admittedly I have no experience with either of these brands but I'm not sure I can see the justification.
Also, just to throw it out there, I have a Beowulf Warrior 380mm can which has BSAU markings with a removable baffle. The baffle was in twice over the 9 month period that I was using it
And it won't be in when I refit it to my new bike. I've never actually been pulled over by the policy, be it in my cars or on my bike
