Yes I think both options do that, but I think it might be nice if the CRT teams had faster machines, how about allowing them fuel injected 7 speed 750 3 cylinder 2 strokes without a weight penalty - that might give the creative engineers an interesting goal plus 2 strokes are cheaper to develop than 4 strokes so perhaps crt teams could afford it ?  Just a thought....
