I got done by avon & somerset police but did mine in Exeter, you have to attend for the full 4 hour course, if you leave even with 10 mins left for what ever reason then they report the fact & it then goes through the police / legal route! tea & biccies supplied free
& is good but you can only do it every 3 years! it was £80 against £60 fine & 3 points.not sure what license required as have full license !
