when I owned the 1000 it was fitted with both by the great mike, its not a huge gain from the slip on to the full monty but it is well worth doing transforms the bike mine was 136bhp at the wheel some make 140 ish also drop the front sprocket one tooth and hey ho you have a R1, I miss mine so much.
