Admiral use to be competitive, but now they are just greedy. When my lad changed his car one month after renewing with Admiral, it was cheaper for him to pay a cancellation fee and insure with someone else than to pay admiral for changing the details to the new car!! Also they are the company who ask if you have been on a Speed Awareness Course and penalise you accordingly.
I have just re insured my 3 series beemer, through the IAM for £160 fully comp. One of the few perks of old age
