Thought I'd chuck a final update on here for those kind enough to show interest. Both knee and ankle are pretyt close to being back to full range of motion now, I can run for short periods, cycle and do some other low level stuff as well so I'm getting back on top of the fitness. I With a bit more physio and some heavy strecthing/manipulation sessions I should be right as the mailĀ
