The 2001-2005 Fazer FZS1000 bluespot caliper does fit the rear with a tiny amount of filing, but rarely appears for sale and usually commands top dollars.
The early R1's rear bluespot looks the same but DOES NOT fit.
It's still unknown whether the XJR1300's rear bluespot caliper fits
