Do you have both fobs?
If the bike has not been used for more than 10 days the alarm goes into sleep mode to prevent draining the battery. In this mode the only way to bring it out of sleep mode is to switch on the ignition. The alarm will sense the ignition on and recativate itself. Pressing the Grey button on the key fob or the smaller of the two buttons on the small fob will decativate it. This must be done within 5 seconds or the alarm will sound if the alarm went into sleep mode from afully armed state..
