Just got back from a long walk with my other half and my visiting mum. Saw a lot of bikes on the go, a good mix of sportsbikes, hackers and dirt bikes. Since my mum wouldn't appreciate being taken for a pillion ride(!), I did the decent Scottish thing on Hogmanay of enjoying myself 
One year I was given an antique silver quaich from which to enjoy a dram of Talisker. That was put to good use. Now settling down with a real Devon cider and one of my mum's Columbo DVDs!
