You shouldn't have paid him a penny more.  You should have given him every chance to repay what he had already charged.  If he refused to do so after having been given every opportunity then you go to the small claims court.
Yes I know but being the shy retiring type that I am I do not know if I would have been able to keep my cool if I had to deal with this person any more. No further money given after the initial bill when he said it was fixed. I just wanted to put this information out there to warn anyone else who my come accross this person and think it may be a good idea to put their bike into have work done on it.
