Obviously I know about some of your back problems and I do sympathise, I have back trouble but nothing compared to yours.
I would definitely wait a few months before putting your bike up for sale, you're more likely to get a reasonable price for it then, this time of year not many people want to buy a bike, and those that do want a bargain.
If anyone on here is interested in your bike I can definitely vouch for its mileage and condition, I've probably been with you for at least half of the miles you've covered on it. It's a lovely example of the best version of the carb'd Fazer 600's, and with a good level of care will last someone for many years / miles.
