All that you have shown is easily repairable
Fender and fairing are easily repairable by a competent panel beater using plastic welding and repainting.
Indicator is just pushed in and is a common problem on any fazer that falls over.
Forks look like they can be straightened easily by a good machine shop. It is wise to give the machine shop the forks, yolks and wheel spindle to ensure they all line up. Stop can be welded when all the above are off. You probable may not need frok seals if your lucky.
The bar end is cosmetic and if necessary can be painted.
The only things you definetly need to buy are the brake lever and mirror.
Stand is fine the sloped bit at the front is normal
Hole in Exhaust is a drain hole and is on all fazers
