You should be able to acquire everything you need for about a third of the price Fowlers are quoting.
Things like the exhaust can, fairing, steering head bearings are readily available from aftermarket manufacturers for a fraction of the OEM price. The rest you should be able to pick up second-hand, I see there's a complete upper/lower yoke listed on Ebay at £34 right now, for example.
Intact front forks will take a while to find, but they do come up from time to time and it's not like you'll be missing a lot of great biking weather for the next 4 months.
If there isn't a local, mechanically competent foccer you can persuade to help you get the bike back together with a promise of food and beer, you can always ask your local dealer to do the job... so long as the parts you supply are clean and undamaged they won't object.
