Hey mike,sorry to hear about the crash but the main thing is you are still biking,
I wonder have you had any thought how long youd likely keep the fazer?, if the fazer is the bike for you then you could always buy another one coz theres some real bargains out there,say 1000 quid area,then keep the damaged bike for all your future spares needs,i know it's expensive now but could save you money over the course of the bikes life,
Ive been toying with the idea because i cant see me ever getting rid of the fazer,
Depending on what you come up with i may even be prepared to give you a little bit more than what the breakers offer you but id need to check what parts are the same on the 98-99 and my 01 and also depending how good your bike is etc, its another option anyway.
