I contact Moto-Direct to let them know what had happened and that I had to spend an extra 2 hours a day for a couple of days commuting to work on the bus because of the quality of their jackets and that my wife had to take time and petrol to drive to the dealers twice.
The reply I received said basically "We will get in touch with the dealer." No apology !!!
