thats my happy hunting ground manuel, 
I did get out today , did have some sun mid afternoon. Stayed local as didnt have that much free time today...
But my usual run is from rugby to craven arms via droitwich and tenbury ,stop fo rbrekkie/ refuel,and up to newtown, down to crossgates, across country back to ludlow, then home , over clee hill, and back through droitwich / A46 etc.Its alovely 3 to 4 hour run, about 200 miles .do it several times a year. .
