After a little research I chose the Bridgestone BT023 series for all-round wet/dry sports touring tyres.
The BT023 is basically the updated version of the original BT021.
I'm very pleased with them, bike feels planted and handles well, and as sports tourers they should last pretty good with a bit of luck .
