Did 685 miles in 1 day on the Fazer1000 a coupla weekends ago.
No sore arse. But right wrist was a little arthritic having to hold the throttle open throughout.
Did 850 miles in 2 days on the 'wing - me arse was cripplin' me!! No sore arthritic wrist 'cos the cruise control's brill.
Reason being that on the tourer I was sat too long, pinned in the one position, (Ever tried a 'wing saddle?) while the Fazer allows you to switch cheeks side to side when motoring.
Reckon Topcat, that you're just lookin' for a change and saddle soreness is just the excuse you need. I can see where you're coming from, but even on a standard seat, I reckon the Fazer's one of the most comfy (and fast) bikes I've ever owned. Even so, I'm after changing too myself, just for changes sake (which I may regret) but if no takers over approach to winter, I'm gonna go for full Maxton and more on the Fazer. :lol
Are they Metz4's on your bike? :eek :rolleyes
