Checked air filter. Its standard and clean 
. I don't know if this is a common issue, but when bike is cold it struggles to pull past 5000 rpm. It is almost like a 2 stroke clearing it's self out when you first open it up. Once it's revved passed 5000 rpm its fine and revs freely with no issues.

If it's broken, it's not fixed.
