Is it possible to adjust the clutch bit point? I recently checked and adjusted the cable slack and it's moved the bite point further away from the bar and I find I don't have as good a control on it at that reach.
It seems odd that there is a few cm of travel on the lever, but all the action happens in the 1st one.
I don't know if this is a sign that the clutch is starting to wear thin, or if there is something that can be done to help. I have wondered about adjustable levers, to move the lever nearer my hand, but I don't know if this is a proper fix, and was hoping there was a cheaper(free
) option anyway.
