They've been done before. Anglesey was good - we didn't hire the whole track but all booked onto the same session IIRC. Good track for a Fazer 6 as its not got huge long straights, it's all about the cornering. Shame it rained and there was a crash 
Also with the Ninja club (an ex-foccer turned ninja rider organised) we did the track in south wales - also quite tight and twisty. I was chuffed as I finally got the hang of getting my knee down. There there was enough people to hire the whole circuit. Great sunny day there, a good turnout too.
The club used to be more active though so getting confirmed numbers is key. Pick an organised session and have a core group sign up, then others can join if they want and you don't have the worry of having a whole circuit booked with a deposit down :0
