you will always get a bit of engine noise when its cold  :\  untill the oil has been pumped to the top of the engine,you can ease this by making sure the cam chain tensioner and valve clearences are correctly adjusted  Smile
  another top tip......empty the loose change from your pockets  :rollin :rollin :rollin
