No, but it looks cheaper than 140ppl just like pricing things at £99.99 tries to avoid the crucial £100 psychological barrier.
I've noticed on that Petrol Prices site that the garage next to the Asda superstore is now pricing at 135.7ppl so it appears at the top of the list above those who are charging 135.9ppl as if that 0.2 of a penny per litre really makes a difference!
