[/quote]best advice so far but forget physio go see a chiropractor, ok you have to pay & they can be expensive. SWMBO had a bad back for years, went to doc's all they do is throw painkillers at you but there's only so many of them you can take. she tried physio for a long time that didn't any good, ended up going to a chiropractor, turns out she had a curve in her spine possibly caused many years earlier when she gave birth to our youngest daughter. the chiropractor was able to manipulate her spine back into the correct position, it took quite a few sessions but it sorted her back out.
