trouble getting bike into neutral

a poorly adjusted or after market clutch cable could be to blame. i rebuilt my clutch on mine and bought a new (not the cheapest) cable and finding neutral was a real challenge. i swapped the cable for a genuine one and neutral is dead easy now! (and the lever action is lighter and smoother too)
is it clean enough?
