I've got an MRA dubble bubble on my Fazer Gen 1.
TBH I find it makes very little difference at all, I still get blown round the place at 80 - 85mph.
It's fine up to those speeds but beyond is just a world of blustery gusts and ultimately a sore neck.
Recently I swung my bars up a little as I felt I was face down into the gusts of wind and that has helped more, I'm in the process of finding out which bars will have me reclining just a little more. I'm hoping it will send the wind over my head and not into my face.
I don't want to spend £115 on a Vario as I don't like the look either.
There's a chap on here called devilsyam I think with a custom yellow gen 1 with a double bubble that looks far more effective than the MRA.
