I agree and have decided to keep std gearing, also I think I should suss out whether the sprocket nut has been updated 
eek! I do tend to thrash my little Fazer as she enjoys it so much, so I need to keep on top of these things 
On that note, does anyone else feel that the fazer feels absolutely sublime above 6k RPM? Mines slightly rough below this and fuel consumption has gone up slightly over the last 6 months so I suspect the carbs need balancing!
