I got some bamboo t shirts last week and they are the business. They are lovely and soft and comfy to wear and feel deliciously cool next to the skin. Usually after fighting through the London traffic gridlock on the way home I can wring the sweat out of a cotton t-shirt afterwards, but the bamboo jobby fells dry and unclammy, you can even wear it again the next day no probs.
I have one shirt that is 70% bamboo and 30% cotton which I like the best, the other is 90% bamboo and 10% spandex, still good but I prefer the cotton mix.  I've ordered some bamboo socks now and some more t-shirts.
In November I'm riding from Bangkok to Mandalay and accross northern Thailand down to Cambodia, it's going to be a hot ride but I'll be wearing this bamboo stuff for sure, it'll be a lot more comfy than waaering the usual cotton stuff.
PS -Amazon are the cheapest for bamboo tees -£12
