Golly! I think I've cracked it!
Today I drained all the old fork oil out (it was filthy) and put in some 10wt as recommended by a friend of mine. I then dropped the forks a further 10 mm through the yokes and viola! It is now near perfect. Well as perfect as the old girl will be Smile
