FZS600 front fork length

Sorry to say that the Thundercat forks is NOT a straight swap, but if you use the tcat yoke it will be ok.

I used the fazer wheel, had to make 2 smal spacers for the wheelbolt,i just fitted the wheel with brakes on and messured the sice of spacers, the speedo fits ok. you need to change the stem bearings as well.
then you need some clipons, i used the tcat clipons.
