The tyres are only 200 miles old continental conti motion tyres, and pressures are as per the manual, so I sure hope it's not a tyre issue 
as for tyre temperature, the rear gets very warm, and the front gets slightly warm. One thing I have noted is tearing at the edges and wrinkling (like and old persons skin) in the middle...
