I have dropped the forks through the yokes by 21mm (any more and I risk hitting the wheel on the headers if i need to do 'extreme braking'), and fitted 120/70 front tyre, with a 160/60 rear, I have also fitted lower bars which are 2cm wider than the standard ones. This set up, along with carefully set up ( re sprung etc) forks, seems to work perfectly for me
