Have they taken your money off your card? If so, its probably against your card providers t&cs. Most online shops I've used have a status update at each stage of the order. A bit shabby if the items not in stock and they didnt tell you.

paid via paypal.....them not telling me annoyed me the most...they have said they would do a deal if i wanted to choose something else.......think i might cancel and order from ROUND AND BLACK :\
