Tyre sizes and profiles - Sorry to re-open this debate, Need advice!

Cheers for the advice guys. I think my best option is to return to the original sizes and see what happens! My forks are set ok but the rear is a little soft, I'm also looking into a jack up kit to sharpen the turn in and the general response, however this will be after I replace the rubber!
