Well the Bikesafe bit was short and sweet. Simon the copper (No. 15 bike) was a nice bloke but didn't really have many tips for improvement as he said that we both rode very well (ie, position, speed, awareness etc).
To be honest, the route was very easy and it was early morning so there weren't many cars to demonstrate overtaking etc but always nice to get affirmation of my riding from an experienced guy.
BUT.....the track session was awesome!!! Totally addictive and being able to unleash my FZ1 on a racetrack was awesome! I had that bad boy screaming like a bitch and my heart rate must have been pumping...totally loved it!
By the end, my brakes smelt hot, the tyres were uber hot and sticky and my engine temp was almost 90 degrees when it normally runs at about 70 - 75....I was buzzing and wanted more
