Suspension settings, anyone had a fiddle?

I have 9 on the back (im a fat b*stard - 120kg ish) and cant change the front ('99 Model). Found the change significant though as it was on 1 beforehand. Need to check my tyre pressures again though, running Bridgestone BT023s so thinking 36/42 should be the sensible choice.
